Jerold TierneyJerold Tierney is an architect with experience on both sides of the table, having worked as an architect for his clients, and as the developer of his own office and retail projects.  Originally from Wisconsin, Jerold worked in Southern California for nationally renowned architect Thornton Abell before moving to Sonoma County over thirty years ago.

A patient designer with a penchant for making people feel at ease, he believes that successful architecture is about elegant solutions to individual needs, rather than conformance to stylistic boundaries.

Jerold is a member of the local Salvation Army Advisory Board, and is a past member of the Sonoma Valley Citizen’s Advisory Committee and the Sonoma County Design Review Board.  When not at their home in Glen Ellen, he and his wife, Jeanne, enjoy travelling. In recent years these adventures have included trips to Europe and Asia.

Randy FigueiredoRandy Figueiredo is an architect with over twenty-five years of experience in a wide variety of public and private projects, ranging from interior renovations to site master planning.  He thoroughly enjoys the collaborative, sometimes challenging, but always satisfying task of distilling a client’s vision and desires into their true essence and then creating the appropriate architectural solution.  His detailed but commonsense approach to design, love of “solving the puzzle” and belief in the social importance of affordable housing have influenced him professionally over the years.

Randy earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo in 1984. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the local Salvation Army Advisory Board.  Randy lives in Petaluma with his wife, Cindy, and teenage children, Mina and Alex. In his free time, Randy can sometimes be found pursuing his (often unsuccessful) quest to improve his golf game.
